DELIVERY & DISPATCH 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking reference emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

When possible, order placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched the same business day, otherwise within 1 business day Monday to Friday.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Orders over $50 are sent via FREE standard shipping, with express shipping upgrade available for $4.95 
  • Orders under $50 are sent via standard shipping for $7.95 or $9.95 express 
  • Tracked delivery with authority to leave available 

Australia Post regular tracked service typically takes between 2-5 business days after dispatch. Express service typically takes between 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

- Orders over $150AUD are eligible for FREE standard international shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email which will contain your tracking reference and a link to Australia Post so you can track your delivery. 

Orders inside Australia can take between 1 to 5 business days. International orders can take between 3 to 10 business days.

Changes to your order can be made prior to the order being marked for dispatch. If you need to make a change, please email hello@isleofsummerlabel.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to retrieve it or make changes.

We have carefully considered the environment when choosing our packaging. 

Your order will be sent in our own branded reusable drawstring 100% cotton bag. These bags are perfect for storing your shoes or can be used as produce bags when at the markets. 

We also use 100% bio-degradable poly bags to post your order. These bags can be reused for sending your returns or composted in your home compost system. 

Gift wrapping is not currently available.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence (ex. Australia). Isle of Summer is legally required to declare the commercial value and include an invoice with all internationally order.  Customs fees will vary between countries therefore we recommend contacting your local customers office for further information.

If you feel like your delivery is taking too long, please check your tracking reference via the links above. Australia Post advise deliveries can take 3 days longer than their guideline times. 

If the delivery is 3 days past its estimated delivery date, please contact us on hello@isleofsummerlabel.com so that we can start an investigation on your behalf.

Isle of Summer cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post as these are outside of our control. Isle of Summer is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please ensure you nominate a secure delivery address. If any packages are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs to have the product shipped again.
